Sly Chic

By the end of 1980, all my previous bands had broken up. Sly Chic was a fresh start. Initially formed to participate in a band competition, I wrote three songs for the band. Unfortunately, we only came in third. Bassist Arndt sought a new direction. There were several changes among the band members on bass, drums, guitar, and horns. The focus then shifted more to rock, blues, funk, and soul covers. Ultimately, there were too few opportunities to perform, and the band finally disbanded.
Sly Chic is currently a studio project by me, Herbert, and Maria Frahling on vocals. And yes, we're off to a great start, and more songs will follow!!!!!
